What we collect when you order

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address — collected by Stripe at checkout and stored by us to build, ship and support your order. Payment card details go to Stripe directly; we never see them.

Support chat

If you use the chat widget, your messages are stored so support can read and answer them, along with the page you asked from and any email address you choose to leave. The FAQ bot answers run entirely in your browser.

Emails

We send transactional email only: your order receipt and anything needed to deliver or support your order. No marketing lists.

Cookies

Essential: checkout session cookies, required for the store to work. Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, set only if you accept the cookie banner, used to understand how the store is used. Declining leaves everything working.

Your rights

Email hello@autodarts.store to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (we keep what tax law requires us to keep about completed orders).
