What we collect when you order

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address — collected by Stripe at checkout and stored by us to build, ship and support your order. Payment card details go to Stripe directly; we never see them.

Support chat

If you use the chat widget, your messages are stored so support can read and answer them, along with the page you asked from and any email address you choose to leave. The FAQ bot answers run entirely in your browser.

Emails

We send transactional email only: your order receipt and anything needed to deliver or support your order. No marketing lists.

Cookies

Essential: checkout session cookies, required for the store to work. Analytics (optional): Google Analytics and our own measurement, both set only if you accept the cookie banner. Declining leaves everything working.

Analytics

If you accept the banner we keep our own record of how the store is used: the pages you open, how long you stay, how far you scroll, whether you are on a phone or a computer, the site that sent you, and your IP address together with the approximate country, region and city it resolves to. It is stored against a random identifier held in your browser, not against your name, and we use it to see which pages sell and whether the advertising we pay for is reaching the UK. We delete IP addresses after 90 days. Decline the banner and none of this is collected.

Your rights

Email hello@autodarts.store to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (we keep what tax law requires us to keep about completed orders).
