Who you are buying from

autodarts.store is an independent retailer of hardware compatible with the open-source Autodarts platform, operated by Atlas Sports Software Ltd (the “seller”). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by autodarts.com. Contact: hello@autodarts.store.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK mainland delivery. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Multi-buy discounts (“mates rates”) are applied automatically at checkout where an order qualifies.

Building and dispatch

Kits are built, configured and tested to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days, sent tracked. If we cannot meet that window we will email you.

Your right to cancel

UK consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel this order without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods arrive faulty or not as described.

To cancel, email hello@autodarts.store quoting your order reference within 14 days of delivery. Return the goods to the address we give you; return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Faulty goods

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply — contact us and we will repair, replace or refund, including return postage.

The Autodarts software

The Autodarts software is a free, independent open-source project and is not our product. You will need your own free Autodarts account. Its optional paid features are sold by Autodarts, not by us, and we receive nothing from them.
