Delivery
Free tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses, dispatched in 3–5 working days. UK only at present.
Every kit is built, flashed and bench-tested to order before it ships, which is why we quote 3–5 working days rather than next-day. You’ll get a confirmation email with your order reference when you pay, and tracking when it ships.
14-day returns
UK consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel this order without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods arrive faulty or not as described.
To start a return, email hello@autodarts.store with your order reference. We’ll confirm the return address the same day. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you; refunds land within 14 days of the goods arriving back.
Something arrived faulty?
That’s on us. Email us and we’ll repair, replace or refund — including your return postage — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
