Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery

Prices include VAT. Free tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses, dispatched in 3–5 working days. The Mini PC, Light Ring Bundle and mount kits also ship to the EU (£29.99 per parcel) and the USA (£44.99 per parcel), tracked; import duty and VAT on those are payable by the buyer on delivery. The touchscreen and the Complete Setup are UK only.

Every kit is built, flashed and bench-tested to order before it ships, which is why we quote 3–5 working days rather than next-day. You’ll get a confirmation email with your order reference when you pay, and tracking when it ships.

14-day returns

UK consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel this order without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods arrive faulty or not as described.

To start a return, email hello@autodarts.store with your order reference. We’ll confirm the return address the same day. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you; refunds land within 14 days of the goods arriving back.

Something arrived faulty?

That’s on us. Email us and we’ll repair, replace or refund — including your return postage — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Two-year warranty

Every kit is covered for two years from delivery against faulty components and our own build work. If something we supplied stops working, we repair it, replace the part or refund you — and we pay postage both ways.

What the warranty covers:

• The mini PC, its power supply and its storage
• The cameras, their cables and USB hardware
• The light ring and its driver
• Our printed mounts and brackets
• Our own build, flashing and configuration work

What it does not cover:

• Accidental damage — including a dart hitting a camera, ring or mount
• Drops, knocks, liquid damage and anything forced onto a fitting it was not cut for
• Cosmetic wear, marks and scuffs from normal use
• Modification, dismantling or repair by anyone else
• Hardware you did not buy from us — your board, darts, TV or network
• The Autodarts software itself, which is a free third-party project we do not control

Email us with your order reference and what has happened. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the faulty part, and repair, replace or refund it.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not replace or limit them.

Spare parts

Broken something yourself? That is not a warranty claim — no warranty on any autoscoring system covers accidental damage. But because the kit is separate parts rather than one sealed unit, you replace the broken part and nothing else: email us and we will sell you a spare mount, arm or camera at what it costs us, plus postage.
